trouble in paradise

it's so nice to be able to sit down for a moment and get to update once in a while. there's been so much running through my head, spinning around constantly, and now that i have a moment's rest to actually sit down and write, i've got nothing. zilch. i'm shooting blanks here people. but considering my schedule lately, it makes perfect sense. i've had no time to myself, which is nice in a way, because i'm not certain if i like being left alone with my thoughts.
i wished we still had the internet access at the coffee shop. it would be lovely and convienent. things have slowly been... changing at the coffee shop. just the entire dynamic of the whole establishment has somewhat altered. almost like everyone has a different agenda now. no one's on the same page. it's terrible, really. i miss the spirit of the place. the laughter, the bond we all shared as social outcast. it was really nice. but that feeling really isn't there anymore. i can't exactly describe it, either. what a shame, what a shame.
ah, but we did have a bit of excitement today at the shop. i walked in this morning with water all over the floor. my first thought was that some jerk knocked some water over last night for me to clean up, but after i had begrudginly cleaned it up, i noticed that there was more water less than thirty minutes later. that's when i realized that the water was somehow seeping from the espresso machine. which is just great, considering the espresso machine is the heart and urinary tract of any coffee shop. just as panic was setting in, bob walked into the shop in all of his bald glory. however, there is no happy conclusion to this story, because bob was unable to fix the machine. so we went through the day espresso-less, which is just no way to live people!
so, as far as we know it, we could be in serious trouble here. no espresso equals no fancy hot liquid refreshments. i'm sure it's nothing. i hope it's nothing.
